How to create room?

- On the main page veliov.com click on "Create room"

- Fill out all fields:

- "Room's name": Unique name of room. You can not create two rooms with same name.

- "Room's description": Give a short description or announcement of the room

- "Admin's password": this pass must be known only to you. Administrator have ability to change room's name, description, type of the room (Webinar/Conference), all passwords.

- "Guest's password": Leave this field empty to create open room. This password for guests of this room. You may change this password at any time.

- "Webinar": Check this option to create room for Webinars. You may change this option later at any time. Webinar room - in room of this type You (Administrator of the room) will be the only one narrator. All others participants will be viewers. Viewers may use text-chat for feedback.

- "Calculate the mathematical task and enter the answer": Simple check what you are human.

- Click on green button "Create room"

If you fill everything correctly - link to the new room will appear.

Otherwise you will see error message with proposals for changes.

What limits are there?

In Veliov Videoconferences only one limit - for every meeting room up to 50 concurrent participants.

How to remove Adobe Flash Player re-message when starting call?

- Right click on yours video

- Select Settings

- Tab: Privacy

- Check Allow

- Check Remember

- Close window

How to change language in Internet Explorer?

- You need to add an exception for https://www.veliov.com

- Go to Tools

- Internet Options

- Tab: Privacy

- Click on Sites

- In the field "Address of website" enter https://www.veliov.com

- Click on Allow

- Click "OK"

How to invite someone into room?

- Use "Invite friends" area on the top of room's page

- Copy "URL" and somehow send to person you want to invite

- Via Twitter

- Via Facebook

- Via Vkontakte (vk.com)

Could I use Videoconferences on Mobile-Devices?

- Yes, web-version is available for Android or any Flash-technology supported devices. To participate you need front or back camera. If you do not have one you may watch and text to chat.

- For iOS (Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod touch) we will releace app in May 2012

Room's name	× Enter a name for the room "Room's name" field must contain between 5 and 100 characters
Room's description	× Give a short description. What will be discussed in the room. "Room's description" field must contain between 10 and 400 characters
Admin's password	× Enter the administrator password "Admin's Password" must consist of alphanumeric characters in length from 4 to 25 characters
Guest's password	× If you want to create open room you need to leave this field blank. × Enter guest password Admin password and Guest password must not be same "Guest's Password" must consist of alphanumeric characters in length from 4 to 25 characters
Webinar	× Webinar If this option is checked. The only one speaker (Admin of this room) will be available to broadcast video for audience of this room. All others participants may use text-Chat for feedback option.
